Welcome to Pink Olive Therapies

A calm and supportive space where healing meets connection. At Pink Olive Therapies, sessions unfold in settings that nurture safety and reflection — from the quiet presence of horses in our paddocks, to the comfort of a therapy room, to the grounding stillness of nature. We believe healing happens through relationship — with self, others, and the natural world. Whatever brings you here, we’ll walk alongside you as you rediscover balance, growth, and peace at your own pace.

Whatever brings you here — whether it’s stress, loss, anxiety, or simply the need to reconnect — you don’t have to face it alone.

Why Pink Olive Therapies?

Pink Olive Therapies began with a simple belief: every person has the capacity to heal when they’re met with the right environment and support.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply craving a gentler pace, this is a space where healing isn’t rushed. It unfolds through safety, connection, and the steady presence of another being — human or horse.

Whether you meet under the olive trees, beside the horses, or in the therapy room, each session offers a chance to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and find what truly matters to you.

Pink Olive was created to honour the rhythms of nature, the honesty of animals, and the peacefulness of the land. For many, these offer a depth of support that words alone cannot.

If you’re looking for a quieter, more grounded way forward, you’re welcome here.

Meet Molly

Hi, I’m Molly, a counsellor whose journey began in veterinary science. Working closely with animals taught me to value sensitivity, honesty, and authentic connection. Animals, in their natural presence, create room for us to see ourselves more clearly and explore what asks for care.

These experiences shaped how I understand the therapeutic process. I’ve learned that meaningful change happens when you feel safe, truly heard, and supported in a steady, grounded presence.

This understanding eventually brought together two parts of my life that feel inseparable: therapy and our innate connection with animals and the land. This foundation supports every session and helps create a space where you can slow down, listen inward, and discover what you need.

My role is to offer a warm, non judgemental environment where you can move at your own pace, reconnect with yourself, and find your way back to your own rhythm.

The Herd

Alongside me, our herd of five plays a vital role in the therapeutic process. Each horse brings their own personality, history, and way of relating, offering clients an honest, moment-to-moment experience of connection.

Their presence can highlight emotional patterns, invite self-awareness, and help clients practise new ways of regulating, communicating, and setting boundaries. The herd works together as a cohesive, responsive group, creating opportunities for insight and growth that are unique to equine-assisted therapy at Pink Olive.

Why Horses?

Horses bring something unique to the therapeutic process. Their sensitivity to non-verbal communication and emotional energy offers immediate, honest feedback, often revealing what we may not yet have words for. Because they respond to what is present in the moment, rather than to stories or labels, many people feel safe exploring difficult emotions alongside them.

Their size, presence, and individuality can evoke strong feelings and reactions — all of which can be worked with gently and safely in session.

Living in close connection with one another, horses naturally embody many of the qualities we aim to strengthen in ourselves, including:

  • Awareness of self and surroundings
  • The ability to stay present in the body
  • Clear communication
  • Emotional regulation
  • Healthy boundaries

Through observing and interacting with horses, you are invited to explore these same skills within yourself, at a pace that feels right for you.
